Hazel's Hot Dish Recipe of the Week

Salmon Loaf

1 tall can salmon
2/3 cup evaporated milk
4 slices bread crumbled
1 egg
3 tablespoons parsley
2 tablespoons minced onion
1/2 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 375°.

Use a medium bowl. Beat egg. Remove skin and bones from salmon. Mix all ingredients well with your hands. Place in a casserole dish and bake at 375° for 40 minutes.

1 can celery soup
3 boiled eggs, sliced
1/3 cup milk

Heat and pour over loaf.
