Olivia Newton-John married businessman John Easterling during a private ceremony on June 21 in Cuzco, Peru, followed a week later with a second ceremony in Jupiter, Fla. However, she did not announce the wedding ceremonies until Thursday (July 10) on her official Web site. It is the second marriage for both. Easterling is the founder and CEO of Amazon Herb Company, a Florida-based company that sells botanical supplements from the rainforest in South America. Newton-John had a string of Top 10 country hits in the early 1970s and was named the CMA female vocalist of the year in 1974.
