Hot Beef Roast

5 pound beef butt roast

2 cans mushroom soup

pkg. dry onion soup

1 cup water

Place butt roast on a large thick piece of foil and place in a 9 x 13 pan. Empty soup all over roast, sprinkle onion soup mix over top of roast, pour water to the sides of roast. Wrap the meat and ingredients completely to avoid seeping. Cook at 275 for 5-hours.
