Sugarland holds onto the country album crown this week with Love on the Inside, and Taylor Swift reaches the summit of Billboard's country singles chart with "Should've Said No."

There's a lot of new music to sing about, too. Let's start with Heidi Newfield, who catapults to No. 2 on the album list with her first solo CD, What Am I Waiting For.

Following right behind her at No. 3 is Keith Anderson's second major label collection, C'mon! And, just to keep the blood rushing, Jamey Johnson storms in at No. 6 with his new package, That Lonesome Song.

We haven't felt this much excitement since Ms. Swift got her driver's license.

Leading the parade of newly-charting songs is Trace Adkins' "Muddy Water," washing in at No. 45, and trailed by Melissa Lawson's "What If It All Goes Right" (No. 49), Blake Shelton's "She Wouldn't Be Gone" (No. 52) and Justin Moore's "Back That Thing Up" (No. 55).

With predictable velocity, Kenny Chesney's new single, "Everybody Wants to Go to Heaven," leapfrogs from No. 22 to No. 15 in only its second week out.

Rodney Carrington's King of the Mountains re-enters the album chart at No. 67, and Clay Walker's Fall edges back on at No. 75.

Completing the Top 5 albums bloc, in descending order, are the two Swift CDs -- Taylor Swift and Beautiful Eyes.

Lined up behind Swift in the Top 5 songs queue are Keith Urban's "You Look Good in My Shirt," Sugarland's "All I Want to Do," Keith Anderson's "I Still Miss You" (his highest charting single to date) and Brooks & Dunn's "Put a Girl in It."
