Trace Adkins will sing the national anthem Thursday (Sept. 4) on the closing night of the Republican National Convention in St. Paul, Minn. The evening will be highlighted by presidential candidate John McCain's acceptance speech. Adkins arrived in Minnesota earlier this week to perform at a Tuesday night (Sept. 2) event for Tennessee's delegates to the convention. Adkins' performance at the convention will take place around 7:30 p.m. ET.
