Apple Crunch Deluxe

6 Granny Smith apples
½ cup sugar
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup plain flour
½ cup oatmeal
½ cup raisins
¾ cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 325°.

Spread peeled and sliced apples in a 9-inch buttered baking dish; cover with sugar and nutmeg. Blend well remaining ingredients. Spread over apples. Bake at 325° for one hour. This can be served as a side dish or dessert — good either way.
