Peach Ice Cream

Make some before summer is gone!

4 eggs
1 ½ cups sugar
1 12-ounce can evaporated milk
1 15-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
4 cups peeled, pureed, ripe peaches
Juice of one lemon
Enough whole milk to fill ice cream freezer to fill line

Beat sugar and eggs with mixer until light. Add evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk and beat until thoroughly mixed. Heat mixture in a pot on the stove. Stir until mixture starts to boil. Cool. Add peaches, lemon juice and enough whole milk to reach freezer line. Place ice and salt around the ice cream freezer. Turn until done or use electric freezer which stops on its on. Enjoy.
