Potato Cheese Scallop

3 cups diced, cooked potatoes
2 eggs beaten
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream
¼ cup milk
¼ cup chives
1 cup finely grated cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350°.

Arrange cooked, diced potatoes in buttered shallow baking dish. Combine all ingredients except cheese. Pour over potatoes. Top with cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
