Sour Cream Potato Salad

Sour Cream Potato Salad

5 cups diced cooked potatoes
1 tablespoon diced onion
1 ½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
3 boiled eggs (dice whites)
1 teaspoon sugar

Toss potatoes, onions, salt, pepper, sugar.  Add diced egg whites.

Dressing:
3 egg yolks
1 ¼ cups sour cream
½ cup Miracle Whip
¼ cup cider vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard

Mash egg yolks. Add sour cream, Miracle whip, cider vinegar and mustard. Mix well and add to potato mixture.  Mix well and refrigerate until ready to eat.
