Pumpkin Pie

Pumpkin Pie

2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons melted butter
¾ cup sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon ginger
2 large eggs
1 15-ounce can pumpkin
1 12-ounce can evaporated milk
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Preheat oven to 425°.

Mix flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon and ginger in a small bowl. Beat eggs in a large bowl. Stir in pumpkin, sugar and spices. Gradually stir in milk and melted butter. Pour into pie shell.

Bake for 15 minutes at 425°. Reduce heat to 350°. Bake 40 minutes longer.
