Bon Jovi’s Next Album Won’t Be Country, Sambora Says

Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora says the band’s new project will sound different than their 2007 album, Lost Highway, which was recorded in Nashville. Sambora tells Billboard that the band is considering a new greatest hits album next year and will also release a concert DVD from the Lost Highway tour. Bon Jovi and Sugarland’s Jennifer Nettles had a No. 1 country hit in 2006 with “Who Says You Can’t Go Home.” The band released their last career compilation, Cross Road, in 1994.
