Mexican Beef Dish

1 pound ground beef

1/2 cup onions finely chopped onions

1 (15 oz) salsa

1 can Cheddar Cheese soup

1 pound Velvetta cheese cut in blocks

Brown meat in a fry pan with finely chopped onions. Place all ingredients in a crock pot several hours before serving. Heat until mixed well. Stir. Keep warm. Serve with tortilla chips.
