Chocolate Fudge

¾ cup marshmallow cream
1 ½ cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
¼ cup butter
¼ teaspoon salt
2 ½ cups milk chocolate chips
½ cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla

Combine first five ingredients in a large saucepan and place over medium heat. Bring to a boil and cook for five minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and pour in chocolate chips. Stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Pour into an 8×8 pan sprayed with nonstick spray. Chill in fridge for two hours until firm.
