Jamey Johnson Performs Free Concert, Plans Web Cast

Jamey Johnson performed a free outdoor concert Wednesday (March 4) in downtown Nashville during the 40th annual Country Radio Seminar, an event that attracts radio programmers and executives from throughout the nation. Dubbed the "Downtown Shutdown," the concert closed part of Commerce Street in front of the Universal Music Group Nashville offices. Onlookers were treated to free hot dogs and soft drinks as Johnson played songs from his latest album, That Lonesome Song, including "In Color" and "High Cost of Living," as well as a new song, "Nothing Is Better Than You." Johnson returns to downtown Nashville Thursday night (March 5) to perform during a live Web Cast from the Stage, a club on Lower Broadway. The Web Cast begins at 11 p.m. CT on Johnson's official Web site. View photos from Jamey Johnson's CRS performance.
