The multi-artist soundtrack to Hannah Montana: The Movie, the film starring Miley Cyrus, bumps Rascal FlattsUnstoppable back to second place on this week’s Billboard country albums chart. Rodney Atkins“It’s America,” however, keeps its berth as the No. 1 song for the second week.

New to the albums list are Ron White’s Behavioral Problems, which drops in at No. 13, and the Oak Ridge BoysA Gospel Journey, surfacing at No. 28.

Songs charting for the first time are Luke Bryan’s “Do I” (No. 53), Kate & Kacey’s “Dreaming Love” (No. 56), Phil Vassar’s “Bobby With an I” (No. 57), the Carter Twins“Heart Like Memphis” (No. 58) and Richie McDonald’s “Six-Foot Teddybear” (No. 59).

Returning after a spell off the chart are Dailey & Vincent’s Brothers From Different Mothers (No. 70), Wynonna’s Sing: Chapter 1 (No. 71) and Elvis Presley’s I Believe: The Gospel Masters (No. 74).

Making comebacks are Bucky Covington’s “I Want My Life Back” (No. 50) and Mark Chesnutt’s “She Never Got Me Over You” (No. 60).

Taylor Swift’s Fearless continues as the week’s No. 3 album, followed directly by Jason Aldean’s Wide Open and Keith Urban’s Defying Gravity, in that order.

Songs No. 2 through No. 5 are Aldean’s “She’s Country,” Carrie Underwood and Randy Travis“I Told You So,” Rascal Flatts’ “Here Comes Goodbye” and Sugarland’s “It Happens.”
