Cheesy Cheese Ball

Place a cheese ball and a box of crackers by the grill. Watch the men in your life enjoy nibbling and grilling on Father’s Day, July 4th and the whole blooming summer.

½ pound sharp grated cheese
2 8-ounce packages cream cheese
1 3-ounce package cream cheese
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons finely grated onion
1 teaspoon finely minced garlic
chopped pecans

Have cheese at room temp.

Combine the cheeses with mixer. Add onion, Worcestershire and garlic and mix. Allow to stand in the refrigerator for a couple hours. Shape into two large balls or three medium balls. Roll in chopped pecans. Wrap in wax paper until grilling time!
