Corn on the Cob
Nothing better than corn on the cob. My lunch today.
For fresh ears of corn still in the shuck. Roll in a paper towel. Allow to cook 3 minutes in the microwave. Remove the silks with the shuck. Slather in soft butter.
Or you can shuck and silk the fresh ears of corn. Put corn in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook 15 minutes. Slather with butter.
