Taco Dip

1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion chopped
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 package taco seasoning
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 small can tomato paste
1 pound grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream

Brown meat with onion and green pepper. Drain. Add taco seasoning, beans and tomato paste. Mix well and pour into baking dish. Spread half of cheese over meat mixture. Add sour cream and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Serve hot with nacho chips.

A nice green salad and some fresh fruit would make a healthy and delicious summer supper without heating up the kitchen for too long.
