John Fogerty Joined by Bruce Springsteen, Eagles on Next Album

John Fogerty will be joined by Bruce Springsteen and members of the Eagles on his upcoming album of cover songs, The Blue Ridge Rangers Rides Again. The 12-track album will be released on Sept. 1 on Verve Forecast. Don Henley and Timothy B. Schmit of the Eagles sing with Fogerty on a cover of Rick Nelson’s “Garden Party.” Springsteen sings on a duet of the Everly Brothers‘ “When Will I Be Loved.” Fogerty wrote one original song, “Change in the Weather,” for the project. Other selections include John Denver‘s “Back Home Again,” the Kendalls‘ “Heaven’s Just a Sin Away,” Buck Owens‘ “I Don’t Care (Just as Long as You Love Me),” Ray Price‘s “I’ll Be There (If You Ever Want Me)” and John Prine‘s “Paradise.”
