Sour Cream Apple Bars

Crust

1 stick butter

1 package yellow cake mix

½ cup coconut

Preheat oven to 350°.

Cut butter into cake mix. Add coconut. Pat into ungreased 9 x 13 casserole.  Bake 10 minutes at 350°.

Topping

1 can pie apples drained

½ cup sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 egg beaten

1 cup sour cream

Place bite-sized apples over warm crust. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over apples. Mix beaten egg with sour cream and drizzle over apples. Bake 25 minutes at 350°.
