Jack Ingram and Shelby Lynne will make appearances on the Lifetime original series, Army Wives. She has been cast as Stella Raye, a down-and-out country singer, for Sunday's (Aug. 9) episode, which will also feature two of her new songs, "Beat the Blues" and "Like a Fool." Lynne is expected to release a new album on Lost Highway Records in 2010. Ingram will appear in the Aug. 16 episode. He will release a new album, Big Dreams & High Hopes, on Aug. 25. The highly-rated series is about a group of women -- and one man -- living with their families and spouses on a U.S. Army post.
