Easy Chicken Pie

5 chicken breasts, cooked
3 cups broth (from baking chicken)
6 boiled eggs, peeled and sliced long ways
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup milk
1 can cream of chicken soup, warmed
1 stick butter, melted
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper

Preheat oven to 350°.

Spray shallow baking dish with cooking spray. Add chicken breasts and water. Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes until done. Cool.

Break each chicken breast into several pieces and spread in the bottom of a 9 x 13 buttered casserole. Spread sliced eggs over chicken. Pour warmed cream of chicken soup over eggs.

Mix flour, salt and pepper and spread over eggs. Melt butter and warm milk. Drizzle over flour mixture. Do not stir. Bake at 400° until brown — about 45 minutes.
