Mixed Greens and Pear Salad

1 package mixed greens
large can pear halves
small package pecan halves
feta cheese
small amount olive oil for sprinkling

Place greens on a large glass platter in “nests.” Place pear half in the center of each nest. Drop pecan halves on and around pears. Add feta cheese. Sprinkle with small amount of olive oil and pear juice. If you’re preparing for two or four people, place in salad plates. Either way, it’s one of my faves.
