Jo Dee Messina is finishing work on her upcoming album, Unmistakable, with producer Paul Worley, who has produced projects for Martina McBride and the Dixie Chicks, among others. A new single is expected to be released in October, but no release date for the album has been announced. In related news, Messina will appear on the Grand Ole Opry on Oct. 2 as part of the Opry Goes Pink event to recognize survivors of breast cancer. She will resume her Music Room Series of intimate concerts on Oct. 23 in Fort Pierce, Fla. Messina's previous album, Delicious Surprise, was released in 2005.
