The highest-debuting new album is Larry the Cable Guy's Tailgate Party, checking in at No.19. The week's other first-time CDs are Diamond Rio's The Reason (No. 41) and the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band's Speed of Life (No. 69).

Returning to the charts are Jimmy Wayne's Do You Believe Me Now (No. 67), Old Crow Medicine Show's Tennessee Pusher (No. 68), Craig Morgan's That's Why (No. 71) and Reba McEntire's 50 Greatest Hits (No. 75).

Rascal Flatts' "Why" bows at No. 44 as the week's top-ranking new song and is trailed by these fellow fledglings: Gloriana's "How Far You Wanna Go?" (No. 56), Colt Ford and John Michael Montgomery's "Ride Through the Country" (No. 57) and William Riley's "Country Livin'" (No. 60).

the Lost Trailers' "All This Love" re-enters at No. 58.

Completing the Top 5 albums tally, in descending order, are the Zac Brown Band's The Foundation, the soundtrack to Hannah Montana: The Movie, Brooks & Dunn's #1s ... And Then Some and Jason Aldean's Wide Open.

The No. 2 through No. 5 songs are Justin Moore's "Small Town USA" (last week's No. 1), Chris Young's "Gettin' You Home (The Black Dress Song)," Keith Urban's "Only You Can Love Me This Way" and Aldean's "Big Green Tractor."
