Potato Salad

Prepare ahead for Thanksgiving

6 medium potatoes, boiled
6 boiled eggs
1 tablespoon minced onion
1/2 cup Hellman’s mayonnaise
1/4 cup pickle relish
teaspoon salt
teaspoon sugar

Cool and dice potatoes in cubes. Add finely chopped boiled eggs and next five ingredients. Mix well. Refrigerate overnight to blend flavors.
