Good and easy and Christmasy red
1 8-ounce package of cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 can chilled cherry pie filling
Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk. Blend thoroughly. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into a graham cracker crust. Refrigerate for two or three hours until firm. Top with chilled cherry pie filling.
