Quick, Easy and Good Meatloaf

1 ½ pounds ground beef
¾ cup oatmeal
2 eggs, beaten
¼ cup onion
2 teaspoons salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 cup tomato juice
1/8 chopped green pepper

Preheat oven to 350°.

Combine all ingredients. Pack firmly into loaf pan. Bake at 350° for one hour.

Listen friends! Sprinkle a tad of brown sugar and tomato ketchup on top of the meatloaf for a good look and better taste. I do.
