Buffet Potatoes

Buffet Potatoes
2 pounds frozen French fries
1 teaspoon salt
1 large can evaporated milk
2 cups grated sharp cheese
1 stick butter
Preheat oven to 400°.
Place frozen potatoes in a 9 x 13 casserole. Sprinkle with salt. Pour milk over potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese and dot butter all over. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40-45 minutes until tender.
