Sweet Apple Quick Bread

2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 cup apples, peeled and finely chopped
½ cup butter, softened
½ cup milk
2 tablespoons grated orange peel
1 tablespoon corn syrup
2 eggs
½ cup chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 325°.

Blend all ingredients except nuts. Beat three minutes, then add nuts. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 325° for 55 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Remove from pan to cool.
