Frozen Waldorf Salad

½ cup sugar
½ cup pineapple juice
¼ cup lemon juice
½ cup finely chopped celery
½ cup miniature marshmallows
½ cup seedless grapes, halved
½ cup crushed pineapple, drained
2 red apples diced, unpeeled
½ cup chopped pecans
1 ½ cups cream

Combine sugar, pineapple juice and lemon juice in a saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly until sugar dissolves. Set aside and allow to cool. Add celery, marshmallows, grapes, pineapple, apples and pecans. Mix well. Whip the cream and stir into the fruit mixture. Spoon into a pan and freeze. Remove a few minutes before serving and cut in squares.
