With the SoundScan-confirmed sale of nearly 1.6 million copies to date, Lady A's Need You Now sits smugly at No. 1 on the Billboard country albums chart for its ninth consecutive week.

All is not stasis, however. Carrie Underwood's "Temporary Home" moves up to become the nation's top country song, flipping last week's No. 1, Easton Corbin's "A Little More Country Than That," into third place.

Tabloid-bedeviled Mindy McCready has the week's only new album, I'm Still Here, which debuts at No. 71. That it was able to chart at all with first-week sales of only 522 copies signifies just how shaky the country CD market remains.

The highest-charting new song is Gary Allan's "Get Off on the Pain." It bows at No. 42. Also new is Bucky Covington's "A Father's Love (The Only Way He Knew How)," surfacing at No. 57.

Albums returning for another try at the chart are Glen Campbell's Greatest Hits (No. 70), Rodney Carrington's El Niño Loco (No. 73) and Toby Keith's That Don't Make Me a Bad Guy (No. 75).

Parading in order behind Lady A among the Top 5 albums are the Zac Brown Band's The Foundation, Taylor Swift's Fearless, Blake Shelton's Hillbilly Bone and Allan's Get Off on the Pain.

Nestled in the Top 5 songs ranking under "Temporary Home" are the Zac Brown Band's "Highway 20 Ride," Corbin's "A Little More Country Than That," Lady Antebellum's "American Honey" and Keith Urban's "'Til Summer Comes Around."
