Brad Paisley, Taylor Swift, Keith Urban Display Guitars at Country Music Hall of Fame

Brad Paisley, Taylor Swift and Keith Urban are among the artists displaying their guitars in Sing Me Back Home: A Journey Through Country Music, the permanent exhibit at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum in Nashville. Jamey Johnson and Carrie Underwood have also lent memorabilia. Paisley's first electric guitar, a Sears Silvertone with amplifier and speaker built into the guitar case, is joined in the exhibit by his trademark cowboy hat, custom made by the Serratelli Hat Company. Swift's first Taylor guitar, a custom-made K-65-CE model 12-string with Swift's name inlaid in mother-of-pearl on the fretboard, is on display, along with her strapless Reem Acra gown from the 2009 CMA Awards and her entertainer of the year trophy. Meanwhile, Urban is showing his 1954 Harmony Stratotone guitar he played on tour while performing "Better Life." Johnson is displaying his 2004 Epiphone Masterbilt acoustic guitar with a custom-made leather guitar strap, as well as his stage costume from the 2009 ACM Awards, when he won song of the year for "In Color." Finally, Underwood is offering the black Badgley Mischka cocktail gown she wore to the 2007 Grammys, when she won two awards, including best new artist. The exhibit will open Friday (May 14).
