Baked Chicken

1 whole chicken, cut-up
½ cup corn oil
2 cups self-rising flour
2 tablespoons paprika
1 stick butter, melted

Preheat oven to 325°.

Wash chicken and dry. Roll each piece in corn oil. Sift self-rising flour with paprika and mix well. Roll chicken in flour/paprika mixture. Place melted butter in 9×13 baking dish. Place chicken in butter. Bake for 1 hour at 325°.
