Pumpkin Pie

Try this recipe before the big day.

1 pie crust
1 can pumpkin
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
½ cup chopped pecans

Beat egg. Stir in other ingredients and pour into crust.

Preheat oven to 375°.

Streusel Topping:
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup pecans
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ cup flour
¼ cup butter

Mix topping ingredients with a fork until crumbly. Sprinkle over pumpkin pie. Bake at 375° for 55 minutes. Cool. Chill.
