Super Brownies

2 cups sugar
1½ cups plain flour
pinch salt
4½ tablespoons cocoa
4 eggs
3 sticks butter, melted
½ cup pecans
2 cups coconut
1 can sweetened condensed milk
4 tablespoons butter, softened
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 pound confectioner’s sugar
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 325°.

Sift first 4 ingredients (sugar, plain flour, salt and cocoa) into a large mixing bowl. Add 3 sticks melted butter and 4 eggs. Beat into flour mixture. Stir in pecans and mix well. Pour into a greased or sprayed 9 x 13 casserole. Bake in a preheated 325° oven for 25 minutes.

Mix coconut and sweetened condensed milk. Pour over brownies. Sift confectioner’s sugar and cocoa. Add 4 tablespoons soft butter, ½ cup milk and vanilla. Beat with mixer until well-blended.

Frost brownies. They are super!
