Quick Chick Treat

4 chicken breasts
8 ounces sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
40 Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Preheat oven to 350°.

Boil and debone chicken, tear into bite-sized pieces and line the bottom of a 9×13 casserole dish. Mix together soup and sour cream. Heat to just boiling and pour over chicken. Crumble crackers over chicken. Melt butter and pour over crackers. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.
