Mr. CMA Entertainer of the Year Brad Paisley collects another ribbon for his scrapbook this week as his current single -- "Anything Like Me" -- pops up at the top of Billboard's country songs chart. This affectionate musing about a son still in the womb took just 16 weeks to deliver.

There's also a new No. 1 album, Rascal Flatts' Nothing Like This, which rolls in on first-week sales of 164,926 copies, according to Nielsen SoundScan. Debuting at No. 2 is Keith Urban's Get Closer. And it did get awfully close to Flatts' total, moving 161,515 units.

These two aural powerhouses shoved last week's No. 1, Taylor Swift's Speak Now, back to the No. 3 niche, thereby denying her the long-uninterrupted run at the summit her Fearless CD enjoyed last year.

The only other new album is Esteban's Wear the Black: A Tribute to Johnny Cash (No. 43). But there are three re-entries: The Gospel Music of the Statler Brothers: Volume Two and The Gospel Music of the Statler Brothers: Volume One, returning at No. 51 and No. 53, respectively, and Rosanne Cash's The List (No. 69).

Three new songs bow in: Sugarland's "Little Miss" (No. 47), Brad Paisley's "This Is Country Music" (No. 52) and Katie Armiger's puckishly titled "Best Song Ever" (No. 60).

Completing the Top 5 songs cluster, in descending order, are the Zac Brown Band's "As She's Walking Away," featuring Alan Jackson (which held the prime chart real estate for the past two weeks), The Band Perry's "If I Die Young," Rascal Flatts' "Why Wait" and Rodney Atkins' "Farmer's Daughter."

The No. 4 and No. 5 albums are Jason Aldean's My Kinda Party and Sugarland's The Incredible Machine.
