Apple Crunch
8 apples, peeled and sliced
¼ cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup butter, melted
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup oatmeal
½ cup flour
Preheat oven to 400°.
Mix apples, sugar and cinnamon. Place in a deep dish pan or dish. Mix butter, brown sugar, oatmeal and flour well. Sprinkle over top of apples. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
