Wonder what it would be like to trade records with Taylor Swift? I'm guessing you'd never guess what it could possibly be like. Because she's always saying that the reason she wanted to be a country singer was because of people like Faith Hill, Shania Twain and LeAnn Rimes. So why the odd assortment of vinyl on her Twitter page -- everything from Coldplay's 2000 album, Parachutes, to Pat Benatar's Crimes of Passion from 1980? (And in between there are Def Leppard's Pyromania, the Police's Every Breath You Take: The Singles from way back in 1986, Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers' Damn the Torpedoes, Bryan Adams' Reckless and even the Beatles' Let It Be from 1980. It was all part of what Swift recently called "hostile negotiations" when she was trading records with her guitarist and fellow vinyl aficionado, Grant Mickelson. There's no way of knowing who took home which albums, but I hope they both got enough of the classic rock music they love to love.
