Jimmy Buffett has been discharged from a hospital in Sydney, Australia, after suffering injuries from a stage fall on Tuesday night (Jan. 25). He is “doing well” according to a message on his website. However, he canceled a concert in New Zealand that was scheduled for Saturday (Jan. 29). Buffett fell after his last song, face first, and hit his head, according to the Daily Telegraph in Australia. His manager asked the audience to leave the venue as Buffett was taken to St. Vincent’s Hospital in Sydney. Buffett and Alan Jackson scored a No. 1 country hit in 2003 with “It’s Five O’Clock Somewhere.” His next concert is scheduled for April 16 in Tampa, Fla.
