6 pork chops (1-1½ inches thick)
onion slices, round
lemon slices, round
Preheat oven to 300°.
Place one slice onion, one slice lemon, one tablespoon brown sugar and one tablespoon catsup on each chop. Sprinkle with salt. Bake in covered casserole at 300° for one hour. Uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
