Miranda Lambert will serve as executive producer of a TV show based largely on her childhood in East Texas, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The scripted drama for the ABC Family network focuses on a family whose parents are private investigators and the children assist in solving crimes. Lambert was raised in Lindale, Texas, where her parents, Rick and Beverly Lambert, operated a detective agency. The singer’s mother will also be an executive producer of the program. Lambert, who won in four categories at Sunday’s (April 3) ACM Awards in Las Vegas, resumes her tour on Thursday in Norman, Okla.
