Warm Taco Dip
1 pound lean ground beef
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 (12-ounce) jar medium salsa
2 cups (8 ounces) sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Jalapeno peppers (optimal)
Preheat oven to 350°.
Cook beef, stirring to crumble, until brown. Drain excess fat. In order listed, layer beef, cream cheese, salsa, cheddar cheese, Jalapenos in 1½ quart casserole. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Serve with taco chips.
