Eric Church’s New Album Due July 26

Eric Church will release a new album, Chief, on July 26 on EMI Records. He titled the album after a childhood nickname given to him by his grandfather. Church co-wrote the project’s first single, “Homeboy,” with Casey Beathard. In addition, Church co-wrote 10 of the 11 tracks, with titles such as “Jack Daniels,” “Springsteen” and “Country Music Jesus.” Jay Joyce produced the album. Church’s hits include “Love Your Love the Most” and “Hell on the Heart.” He will open for Jason Aldean through June 5 and join Toby Keith‘s tour on June 30.
