Taylor Swift will appear on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Wednesday (May 11) to perform "The Story of Us," a track from her Speak Now album. In addition, the show is looking for "The Ultimate Taylor Swift Fan," and the contest winner will receive a trip to the show to meet Swift. Other guests on the episode include Bridesmaids actor Jon Hamm and Celebrity Apprentice contestant NeNe Leakes. Swift's latest music video, "Mean," debuted exclusive on CMT and CMT.com on Friday (May 8).
