2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese
12 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, finely grated
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
1 small can black olives
bunch of green onions, chopped
6-8 flour tortillas
Have cheeses at room temperature. Mix ingredients well. Spread on each tortilla to the edge. Roll up tortillas. Wrap each roll in a plastic wrap. Chill at least 3 hours or overnight. Slice and serve with salsa.
