Justin Moore and his wife Kate are expecting their second child in November, he announced Monday (June 13) via a Twitter message. "We feel so blessed and couldn't be more excited!" he wrote. The couple married in 2007, and their first child, Ella Kole, was born in 2010. Moore's new album, Outlaws Like Me, will be released on June 21 and includes his current single, "If Heaven Wasn't So Far Away." His upcoming tour dates include shows with Rascal Flatts on Saturday (June 18) in Bristow, Va., and Sunday in Virginia Beach, Va. He also headlines a June 21 concert at B.B. King's in New York City.
