Sure, he says he loves to eat. But then when you find out what Kenny Chesney actually does eat, it’s no wonder he stays so lean. The “Fittest Man in Country” story in Men’s Health magazine reveals this barely-there breakfast menu for the country star: scrambled egg whites, grilled chicken, sliced tomatoes, a whole-wheat bagel and then grapes for a snack. “I grew up with a family where everything revolved around food. I love to eat. But I’m very conscious of what I put in my body now,” he insists. That said, he allegedly makes Sunday his “cheat day.” He explains, “I eat whatever I want. If I want a chocolate-covered double cheeseburger, I’ll eat it.” Keep in mind, though, his workout is enough to burn off that chocolate-covered double cheeseburger and then some. “I love the way I feel when I’m done. I know I’ve accomplished something and I’m in a good mood the rest of the day because of it,” he told the magazine of his high-intensity exercise routine.
