Swedish Meatballs

Swedish Meatballs

1 pound ground beef
½ pound ground pork
½ cup minced onion
¾ cup bread crumbs
2 teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
1 egg
½ cup milk

Mix ingredients together. Refrigerate a couple of hours. Shape into meatballs. Brown in ¼ cup oil.  Remove when done and keep warm. 

Stir the following into oil.
¼ cup flour
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper

Brown lightly and add 2 cups water. Stir until thickened, then add ¾ cup sour cream. Add meatballs and serve over rice or noodles.
